Bio/Profile:
Mark Jenner, PhD, As an independent information-specialist for hire, Jenner has conducted data analysis for USDA-NASS, provided innovations in manure utilization for on-farm value-added projects, performed data work on trade policy analyses, and on-farm manure planning. Jenner is currently guiding the Indiana Department of Agriculture’s BioTown, USA project in converting an Indiana community from fossil fuels to biomass fuels.

Jenner spent nine years guiding the American Farm Bureau Federation on manure utilization and regulation, aquaculture, and contract poultry growers. Mark Jenner has a PhD in agriculture economics, University of Missouri, 1996. His two MS degrees and BS degrees form the foundation for his technical expertise as a manure visionary. Jenner also spent two years in the Peace Corps and has operated his own hog farm.
